Over the years Thomas Energy has successfully handled projects of all sizes, leasing hundreds of thousands of acres along the way. We have assisted clients ranging from a geologist prospecting for himself, to mid-sized Wichita exploration companies, to a major oil company. We have strived to provide excellent land work for all of them.
The landmen whom we hire have been associated with us for many years. When we hire an inexperienced landman, he or she goes through 10 days of training, at no cost to our clients. Thereafter, all of our landmen report directly to Mr. Thomas.
Our focus has primarily been in Kansas, but we have also done substantial work in Nebraska and Colorado. We are always ready and willing to venture into new states.
